25 most beautiful girls from all over Kazakhstan have gathered in Almaty in preparation for the finals of the nationwide beauty contest Miss Kazakhstan, Tengrinews reports.
The Miss Kazakhstan 2013 final will take place on December 5 at the National Palace in Almaty.
The girls have already had their first professional photoshoot for the contest, and many other interesting and exiting events such as an autumn charity ball, friendly football match with journalists, motor rally, fir-trees planting, visit to a maternity home await them.
The winner of Miss Kazakhstan will become an ambassador to the Universiade 2017 starting from 2013. The First Beauty of the country will participate in international conferences and projects in connection with the Universaide.
The most beautiful girl of Kazakhstan will be selected by a competent jury that includes president of KazakhFilm studios Yermek Amashiyev, designer Kuralai Nurkadilova, businessmen Armanzhan Baitasov, Timur Kuvatov, Alexandr Orlov, photographer Danil Oleinik, Aigul Mukei, Sovet Seitov and TV presenter Serik Akishev.
The organizers are not going to use SMS-voting this year, so the jury will have a sole right to choose the Miss Kazakhstan 2013 winner.
Results of the Miss Astana 2013 beauty contest were cancelled two weeks before the main contest. It was decided to replace the selected Miss Astana 2013Dinara Zhakashbayeva and the first runner-up Ruslana Tereshnya with 19-y.o. Aigerim Smagulova and 21-y.o. Assel Turzhanova. Besides, participation of the selected Miss Taraz and Miss Kyzylorda were also cancelled, because pageants in these three cities were held improperly.
