Kazakhstan model participates in Fashion TV contest in Cannes

Anara Temirtassova from Astana represents Kazakhstan at the International FashionTV Model Awards this year. The contest is held as part of the Cannes Film Festival Tengrinews.kz reports citing OK-Models agency.Organizers of the Miss Fashion TV contest chose Anara Temirtassova because of her appearance that is both Asian and European. "They chose Anara even though she is not tall enough to be a model -- she is only 170 cm which is below the average in the fashion world. The average standard for models is 174 cm. Anara is a very pretty girl. They liked that she had both Asian and European features in her appearance," the model agency's coordinator Ekaterina Kryukova told
