Kazakhstan is celebrating the Constitution Day this Thursday, August 30. August 30 is a band holiday. Mass open air celebrations and festivities are taking place all over the country. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the highest law of Kazakhstan. The current Constitution was adopted by a referendum on 30 August 1995.
