Kamila Kurbani (Kurbani) has made her 2012/2013 autumn-winter collection in unisex style and will present it in Kazakhstan Fashion Week. The designer said so to Tengrinews.kz correspondent.
“The concept of the collection is comfort, freedom and feeling at ease,” the designer said. According to her, all clothes is made of fit comfortably and stole. “The designs will look good on both women and men. So some of the clothes can be combined. The look of men’s clothes transform on women and looks differently on them, and vice versa,” Kurbani said.
The main colors of the collection are beige, brown, terracotta and orange. Leather men’s and women’s clutches will supplement the clothes. “At first sight the style looks simple, but the emphasis is on the complicated cutouts of the garments,” the designer said. Another distinctive feature is the use of multi-layer fabric. Kurbani said that the new collection could be considered a continuation of 2011/2012 autumn-winter collection that was presented at Kazakhstan Fashion Week in Almaty.
The designer was inspired by a famous Cirque du Soleil O show and her 2012 spring-summer collection that she presented in 2011 Kazakhstan Fashion Week reflected this.
Kazakhstan Fashion Week dedicated to 2012/2013 autumn-winter season will be held in Almaty on April 19-21, 2012. Kamila Kurbani will present her collection in the first day of the Week.
