A journalism student of the University of International Business (UIB) Aigerim Dauletbekova is representing Kazakhstan at the International Beauty and Model Festival-2013, Managing Director of Eventica Brandworks Elmira Seidazimova told Tengrinews.kz.
18-y.o. Aigerim is studying journalism and already writes for various Kazakhstan media outlets. The model has won the first runner up title at the Miss UIB-2013, she also participates in Kazakhstan Fashion Weeks. Jury distinguished her nature beauty, character and height (180 cm). The knowledge of foreign languages was an important advantage too.
It was for the first time that the World Beauty Congress held auditions for the International Beauty and Model Festival in Kazakhstan. 300 applications were submitted and 80 candidates were admitted to the audition held on June 12 in Almaty.
The main goals of the World Beauty Congress are to facilitate development of the beauty industry, tourism and attract global attention to the culture and history of participating countries.
The final is held in Kyrgyzstan on June 13-22. Girls from 18 countries are taking part in the pageant.
