A new collection of evening gowns of Kazakhstan designer Mikhail Kravets has impressed Ukrainian fashionistas at the Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days, Tengrinews reports. The audience marked his works as most elegant and nicknamed the designer 'Kazakhstan's Valentin Yudashkin' in the sidelines of the fashion event. Mikhail Kravets based his collection on Edgar Degas's paintings of dancers. Images of the ballet dancers were printed on the classic silhouette dresses. From afar the prints made the dresses look light and emphasized the limpidity of the pastels - the favorite technique of Degas."We have just returned from Kiev, where the collection provoked a fantastic interest of the guests and professionals. Part of the dresses were bought by Ukrainian celebrities right after the show ," Kravets shared.
