The construction started back in 2006. The works were suspended amidst the global financial crisis [and resulting drying up of loans for construction companies]”.

According to Almaly Trade, the investor, the new shopping mall floor area stands at 25 000 square meters. Each of the two shopping levels is equipped with a parking lot, with the overall parking area of 10 000 square meters (capable of accommodating 550 cars at a time).

The shopping mall will feature over 80 boutique shops, a food court and a cinema zone. 6-thetre Bekmambetov Boutique Cinema capable of accommodating a total of 400 viewers will be the anchor tenant of the shopping mall.
