6-y.o. twins Sagir Bakhtiyaruly and Sultantemir Bakhtiyaruly from Almaty got the titles of the 1st and the 2nd Vice Mister Universe at the VII Children's International Beauty & Talent Festival Little Miss & Little Mister Universe-2012, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Express-K. The contest was held in Georgia. National director of the contest Natalie Berezovskaya said that Kazakhstan boys managed to make an indelible impression on the jury of the pageant. “8-y.o. Aleksandr Rollinsky from the U.S. has got the highest award, but we think that this was done for political reasons. Anyway, the boys have achieved excellent results: besides Vice Mister Universe Sagir and Sultantemir were awarded Little Mister Model and Little Mister Charm titles. Both of them became Little Misters of Eurasia,” Berezovskaya said. According to Berezovskaya, Sultantemir and Sagir are very artistic boys. They have performed Baby girl song in English and demonstrated Kazakh national costumes and ancient household items, and also lay the table with Kazakh national dishes during the Ethno Exhibition contest of the pageant. According to Irina Zhukova, another national director of the contest, Sultan got carried away so much that he started telling everybody that everyone in Kazakhstan are Gelandewagens (Mercedes-Benz G-class) and nobody rides camels any more.
