Celebrations of Astana Day will include a 3D projection show of the history of Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the media group of the office for preparation and holding of Astana’s 15th anniversary. “The guests and residents of Astana will see a 3D projection show called A Key to Success and a multimedia show called Sounds of Music. Light waves will be shot at the sky. Archive photos will be projected at the opera theater: the steppes, the views of Akmola (former name of Astana), city construction period, independence symbols and modern Astana. The pyrotechnical and light shows will dazzle the audience,” the media group stated. The unique show will take place on July 6-8. Besides, clowns on stilts, live sculptures and gutta-percha people will make bright shows at the square in front of Astana Opera the same days. “Artists wearing clothes of the middle ages, hand puppets, mimes and plastic dancers in masks waring bright and unusual costumes and makeups will make a fantastic show that will amaze the audience. Their dazzling action will be somewhere between a fairy tale and the real life, between the past and the present. The theater square will come alive in the dark again,” the organizers said.
