Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited the exhibition-fair of the innovation projects called European Union -- Kazakhstan: innovations via cooperationTengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Kazakhstan National Technological Development Agency (NTDA).
The President checked on European technologies that were brought specially for Kazakhstan companies. These were technologies for oil chemistry, engineering, nanotechnologies and energy of future.
12 out of 15 projects represent technologies that are ready for implementation.
“For example, Swedish technology of automatic energy-efficient system of waste water treatment was ordered by Kazakhmys Plc and Israeli technology for production of clean nano-diamond powder was bought by KazAtomProm. The technology of highly-efficient solar collectors with liquid-circulating transparent isolation was delivered from Germany to Nazarbayev University, while Spanish technology of tires recycling through distillation and gasification was brought for Kazakhstan Center of Modernization and Development of Housing and Utilities Sector,” the message states.
According to chairman of NTDA Aidyn Kulseitov, the fair is a good place for Kazakhstan companies to hold talks with European producers of technologies and agree on contracts and agreements of cooperation and technologies transfer.
