Tengrinews.kz – The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry has commented on complaints from residents about internet disruptions in Kazakhstan, saying the problem was not systemic.
According to the ministry’s press service, the difficulties reported by some users were short-term and isolated.
“Short-term internet access issues experienced by individual users were not systemic in nature. During the specified period, no large-scale disruptions were recorded in the networks of telecom operators, and the telecommunications infrastructure was operating normally,” the ministry said.
The ministry noted that, according to telecom operators, some users may have experienced a temporary decline in internet quality. This could have been caused by several factors, including increased or uneven load on base stations, radio environment conditions and dense urban development, simultaneous use of the network by a large number of subscribers, or scheduled network modernization works aimed at improving stability and service quality.
The ministry also emphasized that key digital public services and information systems continued to operate without interruptions.
“Overall, internet access across the country remained stable,” the statement said.
