Kazakhstan interested in Russian Dozor-100 unmanned plane
Kazakhstan is interested in Russian Dozor-100 complex of unmanned air reconnaissance and surveillance with unmanned airplane, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports.Kazakhstan has already sent a request to RosOboronExport on the possibility of demonstration of the airplane. According to head of the Department of Geo-Informational Technologies and Automatic Complexes of Kronshtadt Co. Ltd. Vladimir Voronov, Kazakhstan experts will go to Russian in the middle of summer 2011 to check out Dozor-100.Dozor-100 is able to perform a wide range of air reconnaissance tasks being in the air over 10 hours with full fuel tank and load. Electrooptical and infrared sensors with front-view radar and synthetic aperture can be placed aboard. The plane is operated by video image with two joysticks.
