They believe that Kazakhstan Agency for Religious Affairs should track the young people, Tengrinews.kz reports citing naib imam Kuat Minuarov. “I have several suggestions. First of all, the Agency for Religious Affairs has to ban Salafi audio and video products. Secondly, I suggest to enhance the control over our students who are studying in Arab countries and to hold more seminars promoting correct religious trends. Thirdly, it is necessary to increase the number of Hanafi personnel, improve their qualifications. The mosques’ imams should work with people to make our battle more effective. It should not be one-sided,” Kuat Minuarov said. Over 1 thousand of Kazakhstan students left Kazakhstan for education abroad in 2012. By Gulnara Zhandagulova
