Kazakhstan President's advisor Yermukhamet Yertysbayev, one of the most vocal officials of Kazakhstan, has been appointed ambassador of Kazakhstan to Georgia, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President's press-service. "Kazakhstan President issued a decree appointing Yermukhamet Yertysbayev Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Georgia," the press-service writes. Yertysbayev served as Kazakhstan Minister of Culture and Information from 2006 to 2008. In May 2008 he was released from this position and appointed Kazakhstan President's Advisor.
