Yerlan Koshanov has been appointed head of Kazakhstan Prime-Minister’s office, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Karim Massimov’s Twitter.“Yerlan Koshanov was appointed Head of Prime-Minister’s office,” PM tweeted.Koshanov worked as deputy head of Prime-Minister’s office since 2007. The office was headed by Gabidulla Abdrakhimov.
