The President of Uzbekistan, in his telegram, expressed confidence that large-scale political and socio-economic reforms will contribute to the sustainable development of a New Kazakhstan and strengthen its international standing.

"Active public participation in this important political event, as well as its results, clearly confirm the broad support of the people of the brotherly country for the reforms carried out under your leadership," Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted.

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov congratulated the Head of State on the successful referendum and expressed confidence in the progressive development of bilateral relations.

"I am convinced that this historic event will be an important step toward the further sustainable development of your country and improving the well-being of the people. Under your leadership, Kazakhstan is confidently developing on the basis of unity and stability, and its international authority is steadily strengthening," he wrote.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev emphasized that the adoption of the new Constitution, which provides for the modernization of the political system and improvement of governance, marks the beginning of a new stage in Kazakhstan’s history and will contribute to the country’s comprehensive development and stronger global role.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that the implementation of the principles enshrined in the new Constitution will serve as a solid foundation for Kazakhstan’s future prosperity.

"The results of the plebiscite once again confirmed the high level of public trust in your course toward modernization and strengthening state institutions, and clearly demonstrated the unity of Kazakh society in striving to build a Just Kazakhstan and ensure its stable development," the message says.

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić also sent warm congratulations.

"As a sincere and devoted friend of your country, I note with satisfaction every step you take toward development and achieving ambitious goals that bring tangible results. This requires significant effort, difficult decisions, and dedication to both daily and long-term tasks. At the same time, it demonstrates how experienced and wise leaders make firm decisions," the Serbian leader wrote.

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan noted that the referendum results once again showed the responsible attitude of Kazakhstan’s citizens toward ensuring independence and sovereignty, as well as building a modern and prosperous society based on the rule of law.

Congratulations were also sent by Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Nurlan Yermekbayev, CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev, CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov, ECO Secretary General Asad Majeed Khan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Bakytzhan Sagintayev, and others.
