Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev promised to support KazakhFilm, KazTAG reports.“The capacity of Kazakhstan cinema base is 100 movies per year and over 20 movies on sale. We can shoot 100 movies, but they have to be of a good quality. We know that our movies have been shown in 48 countries. But the role of cinema in raising people’s patriotic feelings is very important. We will continue supporting KazakhFilm and will control the quality of produced movies,” Nazarbayev said awarding presidential and state grants to outstanding persons in literature and arts in his Almaty residence on January 9.KazakhFilm, is Kazakhstan national movie-making studios in Almaty.
