Birzhan Nurymbetov has been appointed Vice Minister of Healthcare and Social Development of Kazakhstan staring from June 1, 2015, Tengrinews reports.

Birzhan Nurymbetov has been appointed Vice Minister of Healthcare and Social Development of Kazakhstan staring from June 1, 2015, Tengrinews reports.

Nurymbetov was born in 1968 in Zhambyl Oblast. He worked as an advisor to the First Deputy Akim (Governor) of Zhambyl Oblast, division chief at the Office of Zhambyl Oblast Akim, and Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population. Since 2012 he worked as the deputy head of the Prime Minister’s office.
