Tokayev met with a representative of the EU

Tengrinews.kz - Kasym-Jomart Tokayev has met with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, citing Akorda.

President Tokayev met with the EU High Representative and Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed the prospects for the development of co-operation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union.

There was an exchange of views on topical issues on the international agenda, as well as regional cooperation between the countries of Central Asia.

European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, explained the purpose of his visit to Kazakhstan.
