Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler in a meeting at the Akorda Palace, as reported by Tengrinews.kz.

Tokayev expressed satisfaction with the ongoing development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Turkey. He conveyed best wishes to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and emphasized the importance of further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two nations.

Minister Guler thanked Kazakhstan for the warm reception and reaffirmed Turkey's commitment to deepening ties with Kazakhstan based on mutual trust and support. He also praised Kazakhstan's efforts in addressing various regional and international issues.

The discussion included a focus on security cooperation between the two countries.
