Tengrinews.kz – Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will make a working visit to New York from September 21 to 23.
During his trip, the President will participate in the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly and hold meetings with heads of several states and international organizations.
"A roundtable with U.S. business leaders will take place during the visit, and meetings with executives of leading global companies are also planned," the statement said.
In August, President Tokayev held talks in Almaty with UN Secretary-General António Guterres. They discussed the prospects for the UN Regional Centre for Sustainable Development Goals in Central Asia and Afghanistan, UN reform issues, international and regional agendas, and other relevant topics.
