Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, as reported by the Akorda press service.

During the call, Tokayev and Pashinyan discussed prospects for further strengthening bilateral cooperation in trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields.

"Special attention was paid to the quality implementation of agreements at the highest level reached during the official visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Armenia in April of this year. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues," stated the Akorda press service.

President of Armenia will visit Kazakhstan

By invitation from President Tokayev, the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan on October 15. During the high-level talks, prospects for further strengthening of Kazakh-Armenian cooperation in the political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres will be discussed.
