Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev is to deliver his State of the Nation Address at the joint sitting of the Parliament chambers January 27. He also said that he planned to address issues of rural areas, including specific projects to spur towns development. Besides, the Address was to outline measures to ensure greater PC penetration.
