President Nazarbayev visiting UAE

Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in the UAE on a working visit, the President’s Press Service reports. According to the Press Service, President Nazarbayev met His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs. During the talks the sides dwelt on further strengthening of political, economic and investments cooperation between the two states. In particular, they broached the subject of the forthcoming 5th sitting of the Kazakh-UAE intergovernmental committee in Abu Dhabi, as well as results of the business forum held in October on Kazakhstan’s investments cooperation with Middle East and South-East Asia. Nazarrbayev expressed hope that the agreements reached between Kazakhstan’s and UAE companies will be translated into real projects.
