New Kazakhstan's first Vice-Minister of Regional Development appointed Kairbek Uskenbayev. Tengrinews.kz stock photo

Kairbek Uskenbayev was appointed first Vice-Minister of Kazakhstan Regional Development Ministry. Serik Nokin and Serik Zhumangarin were appointed Vice-Ministers, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Ministry’s press-service. Kairbek Uskenbayev was born in 1964. He graduated from Karaganda Higher School of USSR Interior Ministry and Diplomatic Academy of Gumilyov Eurasian National University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics. Uskenbayev used to work in managerial positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Tourism and Sport. Prior to the recent appointed he worked as Director General of KazMunaiGasService. Serik Nokin was born in 1959. He graduated from Saratov Military-Engineering School of Chemical Protection and Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University. In different years he served as deputy Akim (Governor) of Atyrau oblast, Akim of Aktobe, deputy Akim of Aktobe oblast, Chairman of the Construction and Public Utilities Commission of Kazakhstan Ministry of Industry and Trade. Prior to this appointment he headed Kazakhstan Agency for Construction and Public Utilities. Serik Zhumangarin was born in 1972. He graduated from Moscow Energy Institute and Buketov Karaganda State University. He worked at managerial positions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Economic Development and Trade.
