Karim Massimov appointed Sayat Shayakhmetov new Vice-Minister of Education and Science, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Prime-Minister’s Twitter. Earlier Shayakhmetov worked as deputy chairman of Science Commission of Kazakhstan Ministry of Education and Science. In 2008-2009 he was a provost of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Sayat Shayakhmetov has been working in Education Ministry’s system since 1999.
