Nazarbayev meets former Israeli president Shimon Peres in Astana

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with former Israeli president Nazarbayev Shimon Peres in Astana, who arrived in Kazakhstan's capital to take part in the meeting of the Council of Sages, Tengrinews reports citing the press office of the Kazakh president.

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with former Israeli president Nazarbayev Shimon Peres in Astana, who arrived in Kazakhstan's capital to take part in the meeting of the Council of Sages, Tengrinews reports citing the press office of the Kazakh president.

During the meeting, Nazarbayev and Peres discussed regional and international agendas, in particular ways to further strengthen and expand the bilateral cooperation in economy and investments.

Nazarbayev thanked Peres for the visit and his contribution to the development of friendly and trust-based ties between the two nations.
