Dmitry Medvedev and Karim Massimov visited Nazarbayev University in Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports citing press-service of the university. Students of the university arranged an excursion for the Russian Prime-Minister. In particular, the students showed him the robots of Nazarbayev University at the robotics laboratory and told about the practical application of these technologies. Prime-Minister Medvedev was also shown the university’s scientific projects in medicine. The Head of Russian Government said that he had heard much about the large collection of electronic books and other materials in the Nazarbayev University. In the library Dmitry Medvedev answered questions of the students and singed the Book of Honored Visitors. "I wish the students and professors of Nazarbayev University to succeed in their studies and researches. You have a great University!" Medvedev wrote. The students of Nazarbayev University gave the Prime-Minister a cap and a jumper with the university’s logo, and offered to cooperate in sports with Russian students. Also the Russian Prime-Minister was presented a painting called Spiral of young Kazakh artist Dastan Bissenov.
