Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev meets UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron
Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev and UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron have discussed prospects to expand investments-related cooperation between the two nations, President Nazarbayev’s website informed June 30.“President Nazarbayev has met UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron in the [oil-producing] Atyrau City [located in the West of Kazakhstan]. David Cameron is on a state visit to Kazakhstan. The sides dwelt on prospects of activating trade and economic, innovations and investments-related cooperation between the two nations”, the statement reads.The official part of David Cameron’s visit is to start on Monday in Astana, Kazakhstan’s capital city. The sides are to discuss a wide range of issues of mutual interest to the UK and Kazakhstan, including at extended sittings.
