Kazakhstan's delegation is attending the farewell ceremony dedicated to Nelson Mandela, the official representative of the Central Communications Services Altai Abibulayev told Tengrinews. "Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry executive secretary and former Kazakhstan Ambassador to South Africa Askar Musinov is there to pay tribute on behalf of Kazakhstan to the ex-President of the Republic of South Africa, the world renowned Nelson Mandela," Abibulayev said.
