Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan signed an agreement to open a new railway border crossing, Tengrinews.kz reports referring to a message of Minister of Transport and Communication of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev in his Twitter. "Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan have signed an agreement to open a new international railway entry point at Bolashak-Serhetyaka," Minister wrote. Zhumagaliyev also added that the crossing point is located at the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. Another crossing point is going to be set up on the border of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. "We have decided to reopen one more crossing point at the state border of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan at Keden-Karkara." They were closed some time ago, but not as a token of ill will toward Kyrgyzstan, but because of the unrest in Kyrgyzstan in 2010 and before that," the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
