The country's State Secretary Gulshara Abdykalikova talked about the model that was also called Nazarbayev’s Model at the State Committee on Organizing and Hosting of the Year of People’s Assembly meeting, Tengrinews reports citing BNews.kz.

“We aim to raise awareness in the international community of the essence of the Kazakhstan’s model of interethnic tolerance and public consent. We have to attract all Kazakhstani institutions working abroad as well as broadcasting channels watched by the international audience,” Abdykalikova said.

The Kazakhstani model, in many ways, was built in a bottom-up process from ethnic non-governmental organizations to cooperation between civic institutions represented by ethno-cultural organizations and the state.

Kazakhstan’s members of the State Committee, lawmakers, representatives of governmental bodies,Nations Assembly of Kazakhstan and the media took part in the meeting of the Committee.
