Kazakhstan is supporting Serbia in its strive for chairmanship in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in 2014, KazTAG reports citing Kazakhstan Foreign Affairs Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov. "We are expressing full support to Serbia's bid to chair the OSCE. Serbia has officially applied for the chairmanship in 2014,” he said answering the journalists' questions after his bilateral meeting with his Serbian counterpart Vuk Jeremic on Friday. According to Kazakhstan Foreign Minister, the decision on chairmanship in OSCE in 2014 will be made in the beginning of December this year in Vilnius at the ministers meeting of the organization's member-states. “We are hoping that our Serbian colleagues will received the majority's support. We will be promoting this as much as possible,” he stressed.
