Kazakhstan Secretary of State Marat Tazhin met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the U.S. to Kazakhstan Kenneth J. Fairfax, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Kazakhstan President’s press-service.
According to Fairfax, recent years were quite successful for development of Kazakhstan-American cooperation in many areas. The interstate relations were brought to a higher level, which had a positive impact on the trade and economic performances of both countries.
Tazhin stressed the sustainable nature of the strategic partnership in political issues between Astana and Washington. The Secretary of State also noted that the bilateral relations in economic and humanitarian sectors were developing dynamically. Besides, the diplomats discussed a range of important issues related to further enhancement of Kazakhstan-American cooperation.
