KPMG audit company has ranked Kazakhstan #5 in the Change Readiness Index, Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov wrote in his Twitter. KPMG reviewed the long-term potential of 60 developing markets. China, Russia, Brazil, India and other countries with major economies were rated much lower than Kazakhstan. The experts analyzed economic diversification, corruption, entrepreneurship, relations between business and authorities, health of the civil society and investment climate.
