Kazakhstan Prime-Minister appointed two Vice-Ministers

Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov appointed Ruslan Bultrikov as Vice-Minister of Environmental Protection, according to Prime-Minister's Twitter. Earlier Bultrikov, 39, served as Chairman of Ecological Regulation and Control Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Karim Massimov also wrote that Serik Akhmetov was appointed Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection. Since February 2009 Akhmetov worked as a head of Secretariat of Kazakhstan National Commission on Women, Family and Demographic Politics.
