Nursultan Nazarbayev has made several appointments, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Kazakhstan President’s official website. “Kazakhstan President has appointed Abzal Nukenov head of the Situation Center of Kazakhstan Security Council, Samat Ordabayev deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan and Arystan Kabikenov Executive Secretary of Kazakhstan Regional Development Ministry,” the message states. Arystan Kabykenov was born on October 11, 1980. He graduated from Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University, Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economy and Prognosis (KIMEP) and got his Master’s degree from Nottingham University in Great Britain. He studies got a scholarship to study in Britain as part of Kazakhstan President’s Bolashak program. He worked at several positions in Kazakhstan Finance Ministry, Kazakhstan Prime-Minister’s office and Kazakhstan President’s Administration. Prior to this appointment he used to work as deputy head of Strategic Developments and Analysis Center in Kazakhstan President’s Administration.
