Kazakhstan Honorary Consulate opened in Bursa Province

The ceremony of opening of Kazakhstan's Honorary Consulate was held in Bursa Province in Turkey. Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkey Zhanseit Tuimebayev took part in the ceremony, Tengrinews.kz reports citing press-service of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry.Leading Turkish businessmen and chairman of the board of Chalyk Holding Akhmet Chalyk was appointed an honorary consul in Bursa Province. The ceremony was also attended by deputy Prime-Minister of Turkey Bülent Arınç, province governor Sahabettin Harput and the representatives of the business community, scientists, artists and sportsmen, deputies of Turkish and Iraqi parliaments.Bursa Province is famous for its large industrial base that houses chemical, furniture and construction companies. The region hosts the plants producing Renault and Fiat cars, as well as 13 organized industrial zones with 3 thousand companies.
