Tengrinews.kz — Kazakhstan and Mongolia exchanged 13 documents following negotiations, citing Akorda.
Following the talks, members of the official delegations of the two countries exchanged the following documents:
- Memorandum on further development of cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia;
- Memorandum of understanding on intensifying trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Mongolia;
- Memorandum of understanding between the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia in the field of peaceful use of atomic energy;
- Memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia;
- Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia in the oil sector;
- Action plan in the field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation for 2026–2027;
- Memorandum of cooperation between the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bank of Mongolia;
- Memorandum of understanding between Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Erdenes Mongol LLC;
- Memorandum of understanding between the Akimat of Astana and the administration of Kharkhorum city (New Kharkhorum project);
- Memorandum of understanding between the Akimat of Alatau city and the administration of Kharkhorum city (New Kharkhorum project);
- Memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Mongolian National Public Radio and Television;
- Memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Mongolian Academy of Sciences;
- Memorandum of cooperation between the Chokan Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology and the Chinggis Khaan National Museum.
It should be noted that Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh arrived in Kazakhstan on the evening of April 20 for a state visit. He will stay in Astana from April 20 to 23 at the invitation of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
