Kazakhstan and Indonesia arrange direct flights
Kazakhstan and Indonesia will be connected with direct flights. The agreement has been reached during the official visit of the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports."Lack of efficient transport routs seriously hinders the development of our economic cooperation. We have discussed establishing a flight connection between our countries, between Kazakhstan and Indonesian cities. This will facilitate our mutual travel," President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said at the press-conference after his negotiations with the Indonesian President. The talks finished in signing of a memorandum of mutual understanding and cooperation between the governments of the two countries in creation of a joint commission for economic cooperation. They also signed a memorandum of cooperation in the cultural exchange.By Renat Tashkinbayev
