Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has met with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel during the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, Tengrinews reports citing the official website of the Kazakhstan’s PM.
During the meeting, Massimov and Bettel discussed the current state of affairs and prospect of the future bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Luxembourg. PM Massimov stressed that Kazakhstan paid special attention to cooperation with Luxembourg. He expressed readiness to continue the dialogue between the two countries in all the areas of their mutually beneficial partnership.
As a part of the official visit to Switzerland, Massimov planed to meet with PMs and Presidents of a number of countries, representatives of international organizations and large corporations.
Massimov met with Rwandan President Paul Kagame to discuss development of trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Rwanda. The Kazakhstan’s PM also met with China’s State Council Premier Li Keqiang during the WEF.
The WEF took place from January 21 to 24 in Davos where government officials and representatives of global businesses discussed the state of the global economy and ways of solving the economic crisis.
