"I cannot confirm any incident. We were driving on the road from the airport to our destination point and nothing happened. There was no incident. We did not notice anything. I think that the local authorities of Pavlodar oblast can provide more details and explanations," the press-secretary said. Talgat Zhumagulov said that the press-service found out about the incident from Kazakhstan media reports. According to Zhumagulov, the Senate speaker most probably found out about the incident from the publications in the media as well. Press-secretary of Pavlodar special administrative court Umut Zhumatayeva said that the disturber was apprehended by road policemen who saw his gesture towards the escort. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that a Pavlodar resident was arrested for 5 days for giving a middle finger to the passing car of Kairat Mami. The 22-y.o. Pavlodar citizen was found guilty of disorderly conduct. The court sentenced him to 5 days of prison, Umut Zhumatayeva said.
