Indonesian president to visit Kazakhstan in 2013

Kazakhstan Ambassador Askhat Orazbai presented his credentials to Indonesian president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in Jakarta. The diplomat also passed an invitation to visit Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry’s press-service. The ceremony of awarding the credentials to the president of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was held in Merdeka presidential palace. “During the talks after the awarding ceremony president of Indonesia emphasized the growing interest to interaction with Kazakhstan in political, trade and cultural sectors. Yudhoyono stressed high potential and prospects of further development of the bilateral relations and talked about the necessity to boost the trade and economic cooperation between the two countries,” the Ministry writes. Ambassador updated him on implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of Kazakhstan President to Indonesia in April and on the coming bilateral events and social-economic achievements of Kazakhstan, stressing its interest in further activation of all sectors of progressively developing Kazakhstan-Indonesian relations. Orazbai stressed that Indonesian president in expected in Kazakhstan in 2013 under the invitation of President Nazarbayev.
