Former Kazakhstan Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova has been appointed President’s advisor, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s official website. “Gulshara Abdykalikova is appointed advisor to Kazakhstan President and chairman of Kazakhstan President’s National Commission for Women and Family-Demographic Policies,” the message states. Earlier Serik Abdenov was appointed Kazakhstan Minister of Labor and Social Protection .
