Nursultan Nazarbayev's new book G-Global: XXI Century World has been presented in Athens, Greece, Tengrinews reports citing the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan.
A roundtable meeting to present the book of the Kazakhstan President was organized by the Kazakhstan Embassy in Greece together with the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy and the Higher School of Philosophy on March 27, 2014. The book was originally written in Russian, but was translated into Greek before the event.
The event was attended by members of the Kazakhstan diplomatic corps accredited in Greece, opinion leaders, intellectuals, media and members of the faculty of the school of philosophy. Kazakhstan's G-Global initiative was once again presented at the event. According to the book, the initiative is based on 5 fundamental principles: "evolution and renouncement of revolutionary changes in politics", "justice, equality and consensus", "global tolerance and trust", "global transparency" and "constitutive multipolarity".
Participants of the round table discussion praised the book. Dr. Dimitrios S. Patelis, Professor of Sciences Technical University of Crete, expressed interest to the ideas presented in G-Global: XXI Century World and spoke highly of the democratic transformation and rapid pace of socio-economic development of Kazakhstan.
