Former Head of the Presidential Security Service Anuar Sadykulov was appointed head of Arystan special division of the National Security Commission, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of the National Security Commission. "Chairman of the National Security Commission introduced the new head of Arystan division of the National Security Commission general-major Anuar Sadykulov to the management and personnel of Arystan division," the message states. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that Sadykulov was relieved of his duties as First Vice Head of the President Guard Service and those of Head of the Presidential Security Service. Head of the National Security Commission Nurtai Abykayev also introduced general-lieutenant Nurlan Dzhulamanov who was appointed deputy chairman of the National Security Commission and Director of the Border Service.
