Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed a decree to relieve deputy chairman of Kazakhstan National Security Commission Zhanat Dzharassov from his duties, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President's press-service. Dzharassov has been holding the position of deputy chairman of the National Security Commission since December 28, 2009. On November 11 chairman of the National Security Commission Nurtai Abykayev appointed Samat Abish head of Astana department of the National Security Commission.
