Notably, politician herself was not present at the meeting.

Paetongtarn Shinawatra has become the youngest Prime Minister in Thailand's history at 37 years old. She is the daughter of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.

Thaksin Shinawatra led the government from 2001 to 2006. His sister, Yingluck Shinawatra, held the same position from 2013 to 2014.

To recap, Thailand's 30th Prime Minister, Srettha Thavisin, lost his position after appointing a minister with a long-standing criminal record.
