Former chairman of KazMunaiGas National Oil Company Bolat Akchulakov became Kazakhstan’s Vice-Minister of Oil and Gas, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Ministry’s press-service. Earlier he worked as the Managing Director of KazMunaiGas, member of the board of Samruk-Kazyna, where he was responsible for electric power and oil&gas; assets, Executive Director of KazMunaiGas and Vice-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources.
