Alumni of Bolashak program Altai Kulginov was appointed Deputy Akim (Governor) for Industrialization of West-Kazakhstan oblast, Tengrinews.kz reports citing press-service of Bolashak association.
34-year-old Altai Kulginov is a member of Bolashak council, with Masters Degree in International Commercial Law from Aberdeen, UK. Earlier he worked as the state inspector of Kazakhstan President’s Administration. In 2008 he worked in AMG Holding. In 2007 he served in the department of analyses and development of subordinate legislation of Kazakhstan Ministry of Justice. In 2003-2007 he worked in the Public Service Agency and the department of legal statistics of Kazakhstan General Prosecutor’s Office.
At the government meeting on January 28 Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed the Akims to involve young professionals, including Bolashak alumnus, in development of Kazakhstan’s industrialization program.
